  • All Pride Power Scooters must be returned within a 7-day period. The Scooter must be in new and unused condition.
  • The Customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return and the product must be in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and power cords included in the scooter’s box must be returned
  • Delivery and Premium Services are non-refundable
