  • This item has a 15% Restocking Fee
  • All Nova Knee Walkers must be returned within a 7-day period. The Knee Walker must be in new and unused condition.
  • The Customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return and the product must be in the original packaging.
  • All accessories included in the Knee Walker box must be returned
  • Delivery and Premium Services are non-refundable
