Return Policy

  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee
  • All Golden Lift Power Chairs must be returned within a 7-day period. The Power Chair must be in new and unused condition. The Power wheelchair cannot be unboxed.
  • The Customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return and the product must be in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and power cords included in the Power wheelchair’s box must be returned
  • Delivery and Premium Services are non-refundable
